1. How do we ensure that the displayed machines are consistent with the actual ones?
For some customers who cooperate with us for the first time, we provide discounted samples (20-30%) for customers to test; in North America (Canada) and Southeast Asia (Singapore), we have overseas warehouses and sample displays, which can provide customers with on-site inspection and testing of samples to ensure that the purchased machines are consistent with the description on the website.
2. How do we ensure that payment is safe and effective?
Remote payment: We support customers to pay via PayPal. In North America and Southeast Asia, we also support customers to pick up goods and pay on site, which is safe and secure.
3. How do we ensure safe logistics delivery?
We provide customers with a variety of transportation options (air + sea). We usually recommend customers to use air transportation to ensure timeliness. The transportation costs are completely transparent. We provide customers with guaranteed logistics transaction methods (DAP or DDP)
l:DAP: The seller needs to deliver the goods to the destination of the importing country designated by the buyer and complete the delivery, and bear all risks and costs before delivery. The buyer is responsible for handling import customs clearance procedures and paying tariffs.
lDDP: The seller needs to transport the goods to the designated destination and unload the goods, is responsible for handling import customs clearance procedures, and bears the costs of destination country tariffs, destination port fees, etc.
4. How to ensure price transparency
We provide a clear price list, including machine price + transportation cost, which will be clearly stated in the commercial invoice and contract (purchase price is less than US$10,000, invoice + contract are used together; sales price exceeds US$10,000, there is a separate sales contract and a separate invoice); according to the different logistics methods selected by the customer, DAP or DDP, different countries, different tariffs are determined by the final selected transportation method, all prices are clear and transparent
5. How to get timely after-sales service
During the sales process, all service terms and transaction methods are explained in the invoice, and the entire transaction process is clear and transparent

Generally, we can ship within 3-5 days after payment. Some old parts may take a week. Usually, the transportation cycle of air transportation is 6-8 working days, and the cycle of sea transportation is longer, usually 40-45 days. Therefore, if it is a sample, we usually recommend that customers use air transportation to facilitate the quick receipt of the goods. Therefore, the total time is usually about 2 weeks (air transportation) and customers will receive their own machines.
Laser beauty equipment is a precision device. Please follow the instructions of our engineers for maintenance. Do not disassemble and repair it privately, especially for equipment within the warranty period. Failures caused by private disassembly and repair will affect your warranty and cause you greater losses. If you cannot receive feedback from engineers due to time differences, please leave a message in time. According to the company's management regulations, our engineers will complete the feedback within 24 hours. If there is no feedback after 24 hours, you can file a complaint and will receive compensation for the resulting damages.
