If you have used our services via Facebook or WhatsApp integration and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a RequestSend an email to info@beautylight.com.cn with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

  2. Required InformationPlease include your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your account, and any relevant details that will help us identify your data.

  3. Processing Your RequestOnce we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 business days.

  4. ConfirmationAfter your data has been deleted, you will receive an email confirmation from us.

  5. LimitationsPlease note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance).
